Full-Stack Developer

About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer to build scalable, reliable web applications and backend services. You’ll work across the entire stack, with a strong emphasis on backend development, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and AI-powered features.
You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to turn requirements into production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

-Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications and backend services.
-Develop RESTful APIs and service integrations using Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
-Build responsive user interfaces using React, TypeScript, or modern frontend frameworks.
-Design and optimize PostgreSQL and other database systems.
-Develop event-driven and distributed systems using technologies such as Kafka, Redis, and microservices.
-Integrate AI/LLM capabilities, including RAG, embeddings, agents, and AI-powered workflows.
-Deploy and operate applications using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or similar cloud platforms.
-Write clean, maintainable, well-tested production code.
-Troubleshoot performance, reliability, and scalability issues.
-Participate in architecture, code reviews, testing, and technical design discussions.

Requirements

-4+ years of professional software development experience.
-Strong backend development experience with Python and/or Node.js.
-Strong experience with React and TypeScript or a comparable frontend stack.
-Experience building production REST APIs and distributed services.
-Strong SQL and relational database experience, preferably PostgreSQL.
-Experience with Git, automated testing, and CI/CD.
-Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
-Understanding of containerization and modern deployment practices.

Nice to Have

-Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, or AI agents.
-Experience with FastAPI, Express, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
-Experience with Kafka, Redis, gRPC, Kubernetes, or Docker.
-Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, or other AI platforms.
-Experience building production AI-powered applications.
-Strong understanding of system design and distributed architecture.
